Start with the Introduction to Beurei Hatefila. From there, Abe Katz recommends the online classes he gave for women, in which he discusses various aspects of communal prayer after introducing general concepts about Jewish prayer: the Women's Introduction to Tefila B'Tzibbur, 19 lessons, 18 of them with recordings.
